Dear Parents,

We are excited to share a new addition to our elementary school! Thanks to the generous support of the North Clarion Foundation and the PTO, we now have a book vending machine at the elementary school. Students can earn tokens for the vending machine by saving their punch cards or by demonstrating outstanding acts of citizenship, friendship, and kindness.

Once a student earns a token, they can use it to “purchase” a book from the vending machine. The book they select will be theirs to keep.

We are thrilled to offer this unique opportunity to encourage reading and positive behavior!

The North Clarion County School Board of Education is scheduling a special board meeting on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 7:00 PM to be held in the high school library

The North Clarion School District will be utilizing the Municibid online government auction platform to sell surplus school equipment. Bids for several used items, sold in “as-is” condition, will be accepted until February 5, 2025. Please note that the district provides no guarantees or warranties for the items being sold.

Bids must be submitted through the public auction on the Municibid website (www.municibid.com) by February 5, 2025, at the time specified on the website. Items available for auction include:

• 1975 Onan 50 KW Generator – natural gas powered
• Lot of 18 Pro-12B Electro-Voice speakers
• Two Southbend commercial-grade ovens
• SCANTEK 2000 Aerodynamics Wind Tunnel Aerodynamics Module
